Appointments, pricing & payment

• The Spine Studio is a cash-based practice. Payment is due at the time of service via cash, credit card, HSA or FSA card, or Apple Pay.
• Pricing listed on this Site reflects our current flat rates and is subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking or check-in will apply.
• Online scheduling is provided through our third-party partner, Jane App. By booking through Jane App, you also agree to Jane App’s applicable terms.
• We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment so we can offer the time to another patient.
